For last 10 years Dr. Ashok Damir has been teaching Post Graduated doctors of different Medical Colleges about care of Diabetic Foot & Ch. Non healing Diabetic Foot Ulcer.
He has been nominated by "WDF" (World Diabetic Foundation) & DFSI (Diabetic Foot Society of India) as Regional Co-Coordinator of "National Wound Care Project.
So far he has delivered lectures & organized workshops in Lady Hardinge Medical College & Vardhman Medical College (Safdurjung Hospital) of Delhi, Post Graduate Institute (PGI), Chandigarh, King George Medical College in Lucknow (UP), SMS Medical College in Jaipur, RNT Medical college in Udaipur of Rajasthan, Govt. Medical College in Amritsar of Punjab, SGPGI in Lucknow of UP & Govt. Medical College in Kota, Govt. College in Jhalawar of Rajasthan..
He has also been nominated as Regional Director & Faculty for national DFEP (Diabetic Foot Education Programme) under the ages of IWGDF (International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot) & ICP (Indian College of Physicians) and has trained more than 500 doctors of Delhi & UP.
He is a Co-author of "National Guidelines" for Management of Diabetic Foot by Diabetic Foot Society of India (DFSI).
He is a good speaker & He has been part of Faculty of different reputed National & International Conferences and traveled extensively in India & abroad giving Lectures on Diabetes & Diabetic Foot.
